1. Export Control Compliance All products sold on this website comply with international trade rules and export control regulations, including relevant laws of China and applicable international economic and trade sanctions rules.
2. Prohibited Countries & Regions We will not ship products to countries and regions restricted by international export control, sanctions and embargo policies. Orders involving restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
3. End User & End Use Restrictions Our electronic products (MCU, flight controller and UAV hardware) are only allowed for civilian consumer, hobby and academic research purposes. Any military, defense, weapon system, unauthorized industrial sensitive application is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Behaviors Buyers shall not resell, export, re-export, transfer or use our products in violation of export control laws. Once violations are found, we have the right to terminate the order, refuse delivery and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.
5. Order Verification Right We reserve the right to verify buyer identity, end use and shipping destination. We may reject or suspend any order with suspected export control risks.
